Chad Rogers born and raised in Galveston, Tx. Graduated from Ball High in 2007. Drafted by the Cincinnati Reds organization in the 28th round out of Galveston College in 2010. Spent 6 years with the Reds where he accumulated 4 All Star bids for their minor league system. He had 2 MLB spring training invites and spent his 2014 year on the 40-man roster. He was traded to the Atlanta Braves in 2016 and signed with the Chicago Whitesox in 2017 where he finished his career. After retiring he went back to school and got his degree in Kinesiology at the University of Houston Clear Lake. He now runs a baseball training facility in Galveston, Tx called the Baseball Bunker where he does baseball/strength training with young athletes.
